If you commission photography services from Gustavo Alcalá, a separate, specific Client Contract will outline the deliverables, fees, licensing terms, and specific data handling procedures for that project.

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of Gustavo Alcalá and is protected by Swiss and international copyright laws.
Prohibited Actions: You may not download, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any image from this website without explicit, written authorization from Gustavo Alcalá. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.
3. Client Galleries and Delivery
If you are a client and are provided access to a private online gallery:
The gallery link and any associated passwords are intended solely for the contracted client.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to download and use the final delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless commercial rights are explicitly granted in your Client Contract.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure the website is always operational, secure, and free of errors, the site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Gus Alcalá accepts no liability for temporary unavailability due to technical issues beyond our control (such as server outages by Squarespace), nor for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, or other losses arising from the use of this website.
